INDEPENDENT ADVISORY · HAJJ 1447

Al Bait Guests

Amanah Strategies served as an independent IT & Technology Performance Consultant to Al Bait Guests during preparations for Hajj 1447, working across technology, product, operations, and business stakeholders to examine not only the technology environment but the teams, delivery processes, governance, and organizational readiness surrounding it.

The objective was to give leadership an independent view of whether technology initiatives and teams were positioned to support Hajj's operational requirements—and where stronger controls, clearer decision-making, modernization, or additional preparation was needed.
